Last year we had an Infiniti FX special edition concept to make the most of Infiniti’s spend on Red Bull Racing – the Infiniti FX Sebastian Vettel – which we subsequently reported was going in to production.

It’s a game Top Gear has played since the days of ‘Black Stig’ (Perry McCarthy – F1 almost was) – Who is the Stig?
